Returns, Store Credit & Warranty Policy

📦 Returns & Store Credit

Store credit only will be provided for approved returns, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

To be eligible:

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Transaction fees (e.g. PayPal, Afterpay, etc.) are non-refundable.

🛑 Do not return items without contacting us first — you will need a return ID for your item to be accepted.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned or credited:

• Gift cards

• Used or damaged items (unless faulty)

• Items returned without prior approval

• Sale or clearance items

🔧 Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or becomes faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• Electrical items include a 12-month manufacturer warranty.

• Most products are covered for at least 12 months, excluding consumables (e.g. O-rings, seals).

• Warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not misuse, incorrect installation, or accidental damage.

We may request photos, videos, or a return of the product for assessment at buyers expense.

🔁 Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong item and need an exchange:

• Contact us first to arrange.

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• Additional postage and handling charges apply.

✅ Your Consumer Rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product fails to meet consumer guarantees.
